Nothing practical. The cleaning was bad and the restaurant was closed.

Very beautiful reception upon arrival… the staff were friendly. Everything was perfect.

Located in the middle of the city. Maybe because of the war it feels a little worn out and some facilities like the restaurant are closed.

The hotel was dirty and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The place was clean, though.

The only good thing was the location. The stay was very disappointing: the hotel was extremely noisy with no privacy at all; you could hear everything from other rooms. There were no slippers, limited towels, and cleanliness was below expectations. No complimentary drinking water, coffee, or a coffee machine in the room, and many basic amenities had to be requested. The price was far too high for the level of service provided. I booked for €184 for 3 nights, but I was charged €206 and I still don’t know why. Overall, overpriced and not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel.
