The hotel is brand new, yet the upkeep feels subpar; parking is ample and easy to access. The housekeeping service fell short—cleaning never finished, the bathroom door had something spilled on it, there were no pillow cases, and the coffee pods weren't refilled. Vacuuming was also incomplete. I had to go back to the front desk to request pillow cases and the promised room cleaning for the next day, which never materialized. For a new property, the maintenance is noticeably lacking and the hallways feel rough. Management apologized, but nothing changed.

The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size, with super-fast Wi‑Fi and an elevator that’s a relief in such a small hotel. It was quiet overall. However, the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the EV chargers were all out of order.
