Even after 12 pm there was still staff at the front desk, so we checked in right away, and for the price and location it was a bonus to have a balcony in the room.

The distance to the Opera House, where we had to be early the next day, was fine. Nothing else; for a one‑night stay it was good.

While the hotel staff were friendly and courteous, the room layout was a major issue. The room had a staircase, which made it difficult to enter and exit, and the bathroom was not easily accessible. The room was also very noisy, with constant car horn honking and loud music from the nearby park. To make matters worse, the neighboring shop started cooking early in the morning, filling the room with smoke.

I was impressed by the exceptional service I received from the staff - they were incredibly friendly and responsible. However, I did find that the scroll curtain wasn't dark enough in the morning, which made it difficult for me to sleep in. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel to others due to its great staff.
