My second visit was as good as the first; the food was five‑star, the staff were professional and amazing as always.

The breakfast was outstanding, every dish had a Bangladeshi twist, and the staff were consistently helpful without ever asking for tips. All the shops I needed were within walking distance, including the tram stop. I asked for a top‑floor room and they accommodated me, always responding promptly whenever I needed anything. The overall experience was solid value for money, though the small refrigerator didn’t work as well as I’d hoped and the trash bin could use a nicer design.

From the moment I stepped in, a cool drink was waiting for me, and the staff were fantastic. Every meal I had was exceptional—fresh, hot, and delicious—and the cleaning crew was polite and professional. I’d give this place five stars if I could, and I’ll definitely return soon. Nothing about the stay disappointed me.

Breakfast was decent. The location, however, was not what I expected; the area felt rushed and hectic.

The staff were incredibly kind and the experience was great. Breakfast was delicious, and the view from the upper floor was spectacular. The room itself was spotless. Dhaka’s roads are very congested, so driving is tough, but this hotel’s proximity to the metro station was a real help. If I visit Dhaka again, I’ll choose this hotel again. The only minor gripe is that the shower was cold, which I think might just be a misunderstanding on my part.
