The apartment was excellent in a nice location, the owner was very helpful, the breakfast was nice, and we highly recommend it. I would like to be able to use the Amé platform since the apartment is suitable.

The location is perfect compared to the beach and city center, the large room had a good bed and air‑conditioning, and the app gave quick responses to our questions. One small issue: the shower cabin could have been a bit larger, especially the opening for entry and exit.

I booked late in the evening, and the owner immediately contacted me, very helpful and well prepared. I booked for one person but slept in a double bed, which isn’t common in all places. A pleasant surprise: the room had everything—fridge with freezer, electric kettle, electronic coffee machine with pods included in the booking, free Wi‑Fi, digital safe, flat‑screen TV, climate control, and a bathroom. The ceiling with blue lights (starry sky effect) was amazing. I found disposable slippers in a bag, foam and shampoo, a cotton ball, and shower headphones—all provided. The price was very advantageous. Upon arrival the owner explained everything in detail and handed me an electronic badge to open the entrance gate and the room door. Frankly, more than a B&B, it’s a star‑rated hotel. The breakfast we arranged at check‑in was served by the same owner in the room. If you pass through Crotone, stay here—you won’t regret it.

I booked again for this lovely place and it was a very enjoyable return. The room had everything I needed, was spotless and comfortable. The owner was friendly and professional, so I definitely recommend it.
