The bedding and towels were nice, the room was comfortable, the décor was appealing, the coffee was decent, and I appreciated the water, ice, and supply closet. The only drawback was that it was just a room—no view, no outdoor seating, not even a bench in front of the hotel—something that would make me hesitant to return.

There wasn’t much to say beyond that it was way overpriced for what it offered. After a long day of travel, having no staff to help and having to go through ridiculous codes three times just to reach a shoebox‑sized room felt silly.

I loved the location, the cleanliness, the comfy bed and pillows, and the easy access to extra towels, ice, water, fans, and other small room amenities; the room was quiet and the staff were accommodating. When we accidentally left a pillow, the staff kept it for us and we could pick it up five days later. The only negatives were that parking isn’t on site—it’s two blocks away in an underground garage, so if you don’t read the check‑in details carefully it can be confusing. Also, while the shower was super clean and had great water pressure, it lacked a wand, the curtain didn’t cover the opening so water splashed onto the floor and got cold, and opening the glass door blocked the sink—just slightly inconvenient, nothing major.
