The lady was good , she answered the phone calls promptly, and she was trying to solve the problem in a proper way. 1. I didn't like the check-in system through using the scan key and the key box with the access code , it didn't work properly. The scanner card to log in doesn't work, then the lady gave me a 10 digits code to use after a long wait in front of the door, I needed an aye glas to read the digits and put them on the tiny screen 2. There was no free parking in front of the premises as mentioned in the policy, so the lady solved my problem by asking me to park inside or in front of the building gate 3. The location is noisy, and the street gangs are setting and screaming around 4. Steep stairs to reach the apartment, which is a problem when you have a family and luggage
