“Amazing Apartment, will certainly book again!”
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location on East 6th street, which offered endless options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel's amenities, staff, and facilities were all immaculate, and the price was very reasonable. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience and will definitely stay here again.
I was initially drawn to this hotel's proximity to lively East Austin, and overall, the cleanliness was good, except for the cockroach I found in the bathroom. However, when I informed the staff about the issue, they seemed to downplay it, saying it was "normal," which was unacceptable. I expect a higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail from a hotel, especially when it comes to pest control.
I loved the location of this hotel - it was so convenient. However, I did experience a couple of issues, including a malfunctioning air conditioner in my unit and a broken toilet paper holder.
