The buffet breakfast was very tasty, varied and plentiful. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to Hồ Xuân Hương and Chợ Đà lạt, and there were many shops around. The parking space for cars was a bit limited.

The place sits right in the centre and it only took me five or six minutes to reach Dalat Market. When I booked I wasn’t given a choice between a room with or without a window, yet the room I got had no view at all and stayed dark the whole day. On top of that, the hotel was full of groups and when I went down for breakfast at 7:30 am there was hardly any food left and nothing was being replenished.

Its central location and the price‑to‑value ratio were great, and the staff were attentive and polite. The only downside was the tiny parking lot, which meant every time I had to find a spot I ended up wasting time searching.

It’s near the center and the staff are enthusiastic, but the back area is still under construction and noisy. The reception and the rooms smell like drainage.

The property is near Xuân Hương Lake, has a car park, and serves breakfast that changes daily. The shared spaces are spacious and comfortable for guests. However, it’s only a 3‑star hotel. Even though the reception is close to the lake, you can’t actually see the lake from the rooms. On weekdays the buffet runs until about 7:45 am, after which most items run out (probably because fewer guests arrive late), so if you arrive late you’ll find the food depleted. The female staff at the breakfast water station needs training in customer interaction: when asked if there is fresh milk to accompany the pastries she said “none” (even though breakfast was still early and milk is a normal item). The red‑colored water bottles had no label, so when asked why they were unlabeled she replied “the signboard was lost.” (Except for that staff member, all other reception staff are excellent.)
