The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed comfortable, with a good cooked breakfast and a superb West End location; we checked in early and found our room ready, which we appreciated. Minor issues included slightly tired décor and a confusing reception process—having to search for staff and eventually finding a worker who alerted the front desk—though it didn’t ruin our stay, and we’ve already booked again for later this year.
