The hotel's reception desk was a highlight - friendly and welcoming. The daily breakfast was a treat, with the option to order an omelette that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the bed was a letdown - it felt like I was sleeping on a bed of wires, and I was disappointed that there were no other rooms available when I complained. Unfortunately, the external noise was a problem, making it hard to relax in the room.

The hotel's proximity to a restaurant and ATM machine was convenient, but that's where the positives ended. The rooms and elevator were a bit cramped, which was a drawback.

We ended up extending our stay twice, which speaks to the hotel's great location and friendly staff. In the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of everything and surrounded by amazing food options. The staff were always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's reception staff were kind and welcoming, and the breakfast service staff were excellent. However, the manager seemed a bit gruff, with no smile on his face. When I asked him for the washroom after breakfast, I felt like I was asking for a personal favor. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were lovely.
