“utk masa inap cukup”
The food was pretty good and my family felt it met our expectations, especially the kids‑menu that covered everything from primary‑school children to adults, even my youngster who had just left the hospital could find something suitable. However, we could hear very loud noises from the next room late at night, and someone kept moving furniture around, which seriously disturbed our sleep.
The place itself was solid. The restaurant served decent food and breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The mattress was super comfy, the balcony room offered a nice view, and the gym was adequate; I didn’t use the pool but it looked good. They let you order food delivery. However, sitting on the balcony can be noisy because it’s close to a busy road, and the location sits at a traffic-heavy junction, so even traveling 2–3 km takes time.

The team, especially Anggun, anan and eka, were incredibly helpful, always smiling and very friendly—nothing to complain about. The fifth‑floor infinity pool was a delight and the breakfast spread was extremely varied.
The staff were very helpful and quick to act, trying to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many options, thanks to everyone! The grass beside the pool could have been mowed later when no guests were around, and the room’s glass sliders were hard to open and close.
