The accommodation was truly peaceful and beautiful. It was isolated from crowds and noise, practically right on the lake shore, giving the stay a special feel. The lodging was very nice, tidy, and pleasant. Special thanks to the host Jovca – a wonderful, kind, and accommodating man who made an effort to make our stay as lovely as possible. Highly recommended and definitely a place we’ll gladly return to.

The house offers a stunning view of the lake, and it’s wonderfully calm for a break. Jovča was an amazing host and treated us very well. Highly recommended!

It was cool all day, very pleasant right next to the lake. The approach to the apartment is a narrow dirt road; Google Maps led us through Mozgovo where you literally drive through fields. Take the path beside the dam to the village of Bovan (even though the map shows it as an alternative route); there you have only a 1 km dirt road.

A lovely weekend cabin, quiet, peaceful, truly a break. The host was friendly, a pleasant man who welcomed us warmly. The cabin was clean, tidy, and beautifully arranged. A pontoon on the lake adds a nice touch to the relaxation. I advise other guests to call the host before arriving for directions, because Google Maps can be misleading and you might get lost like we did 🤣.

Highly recommend Jovča. We were the first guests in his apartments. The rooms were neat and clean, and from the bed you could see the lake; window screens were in place. We stayed in a room with a private terrace overlooking the lake. The lower part has a shared kitchen with all necessary appliances, dishes, a grill spot, a stove, a plate rack, and a fire pit. Jovča also offers a kayak, a SUP board, and plenty of fishing rods. There’s a platform directly in front of the house, ideal for fishing with a depth of 3/4 m. The house sits on the wider shore of the lake. Two beaches are reachable by kayak in about 10 minutes of easy paddling, and you can swim right in front of the house. Jovča is a great host. The accommodation gives you peace, but also space to socialize. We’ll come back!
