“Me alojé por necesitad y cercanía a mi destino pero no volvería”
The modern façade doesn’t match what’s inside; the rooms and furnishings are old and worn, the pillows are fine but stink, and overall the whole room smelled bad.

The room was nice, spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable; the staff were very friendly and the location was good—just a few minutes from a bus station that takes you everywhere around the city. The only negatives were that there was no soap in the bathroom, no shower gel or shampoo, so bring your own, and the kitchen had no utensils—no knife, no fork, no plates—making it basically useless. Also, because it’s a student campus, it can get noisy at times.

Parking was easy, but the student residence made the rooms noisy, and the room was tiny with a high price for the quality.

The only positives were the convenient location and the fact that washing machines and tumble dryers were available for an additional fee. I stayed for three nights and would not recommend this place to tourists. Though advertised as accommodation, it feels more like a student dormitory than a proper place for travelers. The biggest issue was the noise: on the first night there was terrible street noise and strange structural noise from somewhere in or around the building, making it impossible to sleep. I complained the next day but there was no possibility of changing rooms. Another serious concern was the blanket: I was cold, so I was given an extra blanket, but the next morning I woke up with extremely itchy bites on my legs, strongly suspecting bedbugs. It was Saturday, and the receptionist on duty spoke very little English, making it hard to explain the problem and get help. To make matters worse, the shower water was cold. The room was unnecessarily large for tourists yet lacked several basic amenities. The kitchen area had a microwave, sink, refrigerator, and stovetop, but no kettle, no hairdryer, no mirror in the bathroom, and no rubbish bin. Lighting was poorly designed, and additional wall lighting would have made the room more comfortable. Though the window could be opened for fresh air, solid external shutters completely blocked the view, making it feel as if the window was permanently covered. Air conditioning was available, but there was no remote control or way to adjust it. There was also no television, and the bed was too small for comfortable rest. After the first two nights, I spent the third night simply hoping nothing else would go wrong. VERY poor sleeping conditions, suspected bedbug issue, cold shower, lack of basic amenities. My advice to tourists: look elsewhere.

The receptionist Pepe was very attentive and quickly resolved a small misunderstanding that occurred when we made the reservation, which was very satisfactory—10 for him.
