The staff were rude and tried to scam me twice. I reserved it for £28 which is 975k dong and they tried to charge me 1.9 million dong. They said the last checkout was at 12 and I checked out at 11 but they claimed I had overstayed and needed to pay roughly 100,000 dong, which I refused. The room was dirty and definitely not worth £28 for 3 nights.
