The front‑desk clerks and receptionists are very pretty and friendly, the stay itself was good, the pool is great, and the location is close to everything. The breakfast, however, is a buffet that you have to pay for; if you don’t want to pay, they only give you fruit. They should advertise this on their website or platforms because I thought everything was included.

When I booked, the app quoted one price, but when we arrived the front‑desk clerk charged me a higher amount. The reservation promised free breakfast, yet when we left the restaurant they wanted us to pay for breakfast service. I told them the reservation already included it, but they withheld payment until we spoke with the manager because we didn’t want to pay the extra charge. They never told us how much the extra charge was; they just said we had to pay more without specifying the amount. Therefore, my complaint is that the initial price was different from what was charged at reception, with no clear explanation from the receptionist, who simply told me to pay the amount without breaking down the total.

Guests who stayed in the pool seemed drunk, didn’t respect anyone, there was no rule, and the room door was very weak and didn’t work.
