“Staff gentilissimo, il parcheggio si può migliorare”

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the staff were welcoming and very kind. The girl who helped us when the self‑check‑in went wrong was incredibly helpful. We had a small parking issue, which she resolved immediately with great professionalism. Breakfast costs 14€, but it’s excellent, with a rich buffet of quality products just a three‑minute walk from the room. We didn’t have time to try the wellness area, but it looked beautiful. The room, although well furnished, was quite noisy at night. We chose this place partly for free parking, but when we arrived all the hotel‑dedicated parking spots were taken. When we parked elsewhere, the owners of the adjacent premises got upset and told us that parking there was forbidden because the spots were only for them. Luckily an employee was with us and allowed us to park in front of the Gartenhotel Fettehenne, where the reception is located, a three‑minute walk away. The digital key procedure that needed to be completed online before arrival didn’t work, but you can still check in at the Gartenhotel.

The room was good and the bathroom was almost as large as the bedroom. Breakfast was good, and being able to use a pool for that price is very nice. The mattresses were too soft and the pillows were too big.

The room was clean and tidy. They provided baskets and bowls for my dogs, and the staff were very friendly.
