I was disappointed because they advertised a pool that was actually under construction and they didn’t inform us; we had to book elsewhere and they refused to let us stay, and there were slot machines open to the public while a prostitute was lying on the front bench.

The staff were amazing and the place was generally very well kept, yet the wifi was terrible—only one bar in my room and I had to reconnect to the guest network repeatedly.
