The location turned out to be different from what I expected; only fast‑food options were nearby. The hallway to the room smelled awful, and the carpet was dirty. There was only one elevator, and the housekeepers with their carts could not fit an extra person. The hotel’s exterior also had an unpleasant odor. I had requested a room that didn’t face the highway when booking, and the front‑desk clerk said yes, but the room ended up facing the road. It feels like staff at various hotels no longer care whether guests are satisfied.

The location was fine, but we had very small ants and a spider in the room. The facilities are starting to age, and maintenance seems to be slipping.

Everything was wonderful: the hotel was very clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and all our needs were met. The staff were friendly and helpful, check‑in was easy, and we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely return.
