It was comfortable with a beautiful view. The sink needed a thorough check and cleaning, the towels and water wouldn’t absorb properly, and under the bed I found a plastic wrap of junk food. The high chair was broken and could injure someone. The early check‑in fee of 400p was also too high.

The security staff were nice, but the accommodation and the host were the worst I’ve ever experienced. The room had an unpleasant odor that lingered even after airing out and using air freshener, smelling like a drain. The pool, bathroom, kitchen, bed, walls, and floor were all disgusting. The room was not set up comfortably at all. According to the check‑in/check‑out information we were supposed to receive a keycard, but instead we were given a code that we never received, causing a lot of confusion. I left my jacket when I checked out and was told it would be sent to another island, but that never happened. Luckily I was able to stop in Cebu on the way home and retrieve my jacket, which took over three hours because it was lost. The staff on site barely spoke English, and Cebu itself is generally chaotic, stressful, and dirty. We simply did not feel comfortable here.

Two days without internet was a disaster. I don’t recommend these flats to anyone who needs to work on a computer; it’s a big disappointment when you book and then find out the internet is broken—what a scam.

The hotel is very quiet and the pool is easy to reach, though it isn’t fancy; it’s clean, comfortable, and a solid place to stay. The approach road is narrow and littered with garbage, and puddles in front of the steps make the entrance less convenient, especially after rain.
