The location is ideal; we had a room facing the street, which was noisy from traffic, but that’s normal in Palermo. The hotel is quite decent, our room was spacious with a balcony and had everything we needed. I’d recommend it. Everything was good!

The location is fine, close to the center, but the windows must always be closed or else you hear street noise. My experience with the hotel was poor, especially the cleanliness. They forgot to clean our room before we arrived, and a soap residue was left on the floor, the room was used and not tidied, and it smelled. Breakfast didn’t match a three‑star standard; given their good cuisine you’d expect a little more. Every day the menu was the same and very modest, except for desserts where there were slightly more options. I’m attaching a picture of the eggs we ordered and received – it was a disaster. 😒😔
