“Excelente”
The service was excellent. The only drawback is that there is no elevator.
The location, cleanliness, and very comfortable room were good. The reception was very suspicious; I had specified three people for the stay on Booking, but one of them arrived the next day and they demanded an extra 200 because someone had “added” a person, so I had to explain that it was already paid. The next day, before checkout, a visitor arrived and the reception again said that if the person stayed it would cost 125 more, which I said was fine, but in the end they only charged 100 for that one extra person. The constant mistrust and the tendency to charge for everything leaves something to be desired, even though nothing was damaged and it’s the first time I’ve had such an experience at a hotel.

The location is nice and the room is clean. If you’re staying on the entrance floor, the receptionist is very disrespectful, blasting the TV loudly until late as if it were her mother’s house; if you want to watch TV, go home—people pay to rest here. There is no AC, and the ceiling fan blows directly at you, which is very disturbing. Adding AC for this price would be necessary in a city like Tuxtla Gutierrez, or the price should be lowered.

The location is excellent. The room meets the basic needs for a stay without high expectations. It’s not a resort, just a place to spend the night. The only suggestion is to replace the curtain in the bathroom with a sliding door instead of a curtain, because water drips outside the shower area.
