It’s decent for the price and close to Frankfurt’s main train station, but don’t expect it to be in a prime part of the city.

Seven minutes to the main station, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby; the kettle in the room is handy for tea, but there’s no café, the mattress feels soft, and the area isn’t great for late walks.

The breakfast was at a different hotel about a five‑minute walk away, but it was tasty.

The hot water only dripped, the room was cold and dark, and there was no heating on 13.10. We had to move to another room, which was done without any hassle. Around the hotel there were many homeless people, so it felt unsafe for solo female travelers. For breakfast we had to go to a different hotel, and the breakfast there was very sparse.

The staff were friendly, but there was mold in the shower, the door was completely broken, the bathroom light flickered wildly, and there was noise in the courtyard—more than even the hotels near Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof would tolerate.
