It sits right in the heart of the old town; the reception was very pleasant, the manager speaks English, is charming and very helpful; the old‑style Chinese room in a building of the same style was very nice.

The place is very well located in the city and the staff are very kind; when you see it one day it can be a bit surprising because it looks quite old‑fashioned, but at night with the lighting it’s gorgeous. The breakfast was nothing like the photos on Booking, it was really terrible, not great at all! When we asked if we could have Chinese breakfast it was denied, even though Chinese guests right next to us had a Chinese buffet breakfast… a short stay was more than enough.
