The staff were very friendly. The hotel sits in the city centre. The rooftop pool is gorgeous.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well, and the gym was well equipped, though plates and dumbbells were scattered around. Breakfast was overcrowded and chaotic; at the live cooking station a staff member told me that they do not make omelettes, which was the first time I'd heard that at any hotel in Asia, let alone a 5‑star. The property is supposedly non‑smoking, yet the corridors always smelled of cigarette smoke, and one evening I saw a guest walking through the lobby with a lit cigarette. I didn’t see if staff intervened, but it was 1 am. The hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by long‑term contract guests, giving it more of a work‑camp vibe than a hotel. There are far better options in Phnom Penh at this price point and lower.
