The hotel was clean, but I was double‑charged for my stay and the staff wouldn’t help resolve it. They kept sending me back and forth between the hotel and the booking site, taking no responsibility. It was very frustrating and I’m disappointed with the customer service, so I would not recommend this place.

The most unacceptable part of my stay was the conduct of the General Manager and the owner toward me and my family. When we raised legitimate concerns, they were rude, dismissive, and inappropriate. I felt singled out and uncomfortable, and their treatment went beyond ordinary poor customer service. I cannot determine their motivation, but the experience raised serious concerns about whether we were treated differently because of who we are and whether discriminatory behavior may have been involved. The property also had significant cleanliness issues. When I lifted the bed cover, I found a clump of hair on the bed, which raised serious concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned. In addition, both elevators had a strong, unpleasant odor. Although the property advertises itself as pet‑friendly, our experience did not reflect that claim. The way the situation involving our pet was handled felt inconsistent with what guests should reasonably expect from a hotel that promotes itself as welcoming to pets. Noise was another major problem. The property is located very close to the highway, and trucks could be heard clearly throughout the night. The noise was highly disruptive and made it difficult for my family to sleep.

The hotel sits in a great fiscal spot for the southern Denver metro area, and my room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower door leaked every time I showered, leaving a puddle on the floor, and the window shade chain snapped, though it could still be used if handled carefully.

“Good stay”

It was a nice place that was affordable. Staff was great and location was excellent. There were some dirty spots in the shower. Housekeeping didn’t come in at all, so we ran out of soap. We had asked them not to come the first night but wanted them to come the next day, and they didn’t.
