The service was very poor and the staff behaved badly.

The staff were decent, polite, and accommodating, but I had a very bad experience: small cockroaches were roaming around the bed and floor, and on the second day, when I came back in the evening, I discovered that the AC had been switched off from the main switch even though the room had been locked the whole day—extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
