The staff were friendly and helpful, putting guests first without being intrusive. However, due to the building’s old construction the walls are very sound‑prone; the windows lack sound‑proof glass, so traffic noise cuts through loudly. A modernization would be very costly, but the owners will probably find a way to address it.

The owners and staff were very nice and everything was good – the place was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast was sufficient, and they accommodated special requests. The bathroom could be a bit larger and there isn’t much storage space for larger items.

I stayed in a large, comfortable room with a very good breakfast and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the location in Bad Orb is great, only a 5‑minute walk to the Kurpark.
