The rooms are huge. The room I stayed in didn’t have a mirror, only one in the bathroom.

It’s clean, the front office staff are accommodating, and it’s especially close to Pratunam market :D No negatives.

It’s the worst experience ever… you have to pull your luggage over distances, climb stairs, the hotel is on the second floor with no elevator and no luggage delivery service. Young people with backpacks can manage, but families—especially Gulf families—can’t. Getting in and out of the hotel requires passing through a narrow passage and a stalled truck with broken chains, so the taxi can’t get in.

The price was reasonable and the parking was a good value.

The spot is convenient, close to Pratunam market, Platinum Plaza, massage spots and eateries. However, the front desk was unprofessional: no one answered at 10:00 AM, the clerk arrived five minutes later looking exhausted and snapped, “What?” She insisted check‑in was at 2:00 PM, ignoring that we’d paid for an earlier stay. There is no elevator, so climbing stairs after a long shopping day with heavy bags was exhausting, and no staff helped us with our luggage when we left. The bathroom bidet leaked badly, leaving a constant puddle on the floor.
