The staff were super nice, especially Jim who managed everything for us and was very hospitable and helpful, yet the location was great but the place wasn’t maintained well enough.

The scooter rental was available, but it was very poorly maintained; it rained so hard inside my room that the whole room flooded, the bed soaked, and the electrics were shabby with exposed wires everywhere, plastic bags and tape covering them.

The photos looked good, but we were forced to pay cash only even though we booked with a card, and when we explained we didn’t have enough cash they told us to go to an ATM; after being shown to our rooms, the sheets were dirty and stained, dead bugs covered the room, the bathrooms were filthy, and a mouse was in one of the other rooms—definitely not recommended, and the staff were unhelpful from start to finish.

The Australian guy was friendly, but the accommodation was not good or clean and we had to ask for everything.
