My first stay at a Residence Inn was amazing; the service and staff were very friendly, the room was exceptional—so nice I had to double‑check I was in the right one—and I will definitely book a Residence Inn next time I travel; thanks for an over‑the‑top experience!

They served frozen breakfast sandwiches on the first day, which were inedible, and there were no scrambled eggs. Other options like fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and toast/bagels were decent. The coffee station was cramped, so there was always a line to add cream or sugar. The staff were friendly and the suite was a good size. The first floor had a fishy smell that seeped into the room. A ripped carpet was visible in the doorway between the living room and one of the bedrooms. The metal closet door tracks were rusted and filthy. One bathroom’s shower liner and curtain were too short, causing water to spill onto the floor. Several baseboards in the hallways were detached from the walls, giving the place a dated and poorly maintained feel.
