Comfort, good location, good food and price, but the beach cleaning was lacking and more cleaning was needed.

There was no service at any time and we were not given any explanations beyond the room.

Rooms and the transfer between lobbies offer options for every budget, and the pools are excellent, spacious, and staffed with lifeguards watching at all times. The only drawback I found was the elevator wait times, especially for guests with adults, and the pool area food options could be more varied for children.

“The most Amazing trip by far!”

The property was very attentive, clean, kid friendly, and very welcoming! I had an amazing concierge named Raul. He helped assist me with my day to day activities for me and my son. Him and his team set up the hotel room for my son’s birthday and got him a cake. Even two cakes! Amazing! Raul truly went above and beyond as well as all the staff at this property! Thank you guys for making our stay sooo great!. I loved everything
