沒有. 1.廁所燈、客廳燈、浴室燈全部壞了，一直𣎴停閃！ 我𣎴敢洗澡刷牙，要求退款，房東(無禮地)說𣎴能以這個理由退款 2.除了房間有冷氣 廁所廚房客廳都沒有冷氣 房間外就像是在35度高温桑拿室 3.有3間房間 我住其中1間 但感覺很𣎴安全 有男有女 因為晚上半夜時感覺有人嘗試開我的門的聲音 4.即用即棄毛巾有股臭味 𣎴敢用 5.早上起床發現冷氣機居然滴水，還滴濕了我的行李…… 6.住宿在冷巷裡，而入口很隱蔽，女生一個會十分危險。我說好了某個時間上去check-in卻發覺無人， 要等房東從另外的地方過來 7.可能因為燈光閃爍和黑色和岩石設計，令我感覺有點幽暗可怕，隔暗又差，聽到其他住戶的腳步聲，全晚睡得𣎴好。 8.我從未留過言，這是我第一次遇上了這麼深刻而可怕的住宿經歷。

The location is great, with plenty of dining options nearby and just a five‑minute walk to the heart of Shinsaibashi. The rooms are quiet and brand new, and the free breakfast downstairs is a big plus—there are two bathrooms with three washbasins, so traffic jams are no concern. The owner is very welcoming and easy to talk to.

The previous guest’s belongings were left as they were, it was dark, the ceiling‑mounted AC emitted a moldy smell and dust when turned on, and its switch was at the tip of a pen; dust had accumulated under the bed; the shower’s water pressure was minimal; there was no location; I left after one hour of checking in and booked another hotel; Osaka became slightly less appealing; however, I only want to acknowledge the staff’s sincere effort.

I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable and spotless everything was, and the staff responded instantly when I called, always friendly and easy to chat with, which made me want to return. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, so the price felt like a great deal. The only minor gripe is that the bath towels were disposable; it would be nicer to have regular towels instead, as the disposables didn’t absorb well and produced extra trash.
