I loved the sea view, but the hotel rating didn't match our expectations. The AC was broken in the first room. We were moved to a second room, but it had cleanliness issues. In the third room the AC didn't cool, so we had to sleep with the windows open and hear loud traffic.

I didn't get anything else that day. The hotel facilities were dim and gloomy, and the staff handed me a room card, pointed to the elevators, and told me to go. The hotel was huge and I felt forced. My room smelled like cigarettes.

Breakfast was fine. The overall experience was terrible. Staff didn't speak French, making communication and explanations very hard and we were misdirected several times. The spa photos didn't match what we saw on site. When we asked for explanations or reported problems, no real solution was offered. The pool was treated with chemicals, but no specific swimming contraindications were given. Still, we faced rules and requests that weren't clearly explained beforehand. The stairs were under construction, with workers walking around in their work boots. We were also asked to leave the water because we didn't wear caps, and those caps were then charged to us. Finally, the reception was very bad and the staff were unhelpful regarding our requests for explanations. Given all these elements, we are very disappointed and feel the information given before our arrival should have been much clearer.
