Service was good, the place clean and pleasant, and breakfast tasty, yet the stairs were a drawback.

The staff were attentive and kind, but the lack of an elevator was a hassle; guests have to use the stairs and the noise travels into the rooms.

The location was fine and breakfast was unremarkable, but the missing elevator was an issue.

Although the hotel offered an impressive array of amenities, we encountered difficulties with the payment process.
