“Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff”
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower delivered plenty of pressure and hot water, with no complaints.
“Good value to stay in Tyler for business.”
It was good value, clean, and quiet, though the parking space is tight.
“Great location and great room size for the cost!”
The room turned out to be larger than I’d imagined, the place was spotless, and the housekeeping team was friendly, plus the location right next to the shopping center is great, but the front desk never greeted us when we entered or left, which felt a bit unwelcoming.
I love the large rooms and the great location, but being on the third floor kept our room very warm the whole time.
The spot was decent and the breakfast was okay, but I was disappointed when the website claimed the hotel had a swimming pool—my kids were excited, yet there was none; the front desk explained the photos were from 8 months ago, which was let‑down.
