“Horrible bathroom and a very rude hotel service to solve the problem.”
The place is close to the Vatican. The room only had a rainfall shower head, which my spouse can’t use because of skin problems. I asked the manager for a room change, but all rooms had only rainfall showers. The hotel agreed to refund 4 of the 5 nights we paid in advance, since we checked out at 10:00 AM the next day. It’s been almost three weeks (18.09 – 08.10) with no response, so I’m still chasing 560 € back. The bathroom tap produced loud resonant vibrations that whistled when used.
