The hotel's parking situation was a joke, with no space for guests and a narrow road that made it hard to find a spot. When I asked the staff for help, they just shrugged and sent me off to find a spot on my own. To make matters worse, they were super rude and inconsiderate, even kicking me out early when I was still packing up my stuff. The staff was completely unhelpful and unfriendly.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the room key had a major issue - it wouldn't turn on the lights, and we had to change rooms multiple times. To make matters worse, we booked a sea-view room, but we ended up with a city view instead.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Northern Beach. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The hotel itself is run down, and the breakfast is a disaster - not even a Swedish buffet! The pool is a joke - it's in a garage, and the water is filthy. We only stayed one night and checked out as soon as we could. There are better and cheaper options in the area, like the Elite Hotel.
