The team was wonderful; Fernando made coca tea for us in the morning and kept a thermos with us all day. The service was exceptional and the location is great. Water takes a long time to heat (though it heats well) and there’s no heater in the room, so we had to sleep with many blankets and stay still to avoid getting cold.

Das Hotel ist in einem modernen mehrstöckigen Gebäude untergebracht und liegt sehr zentral zum Prado, wohin auch ein eigener Ausgang führt. Trotz der Zentralität ist das Hotel ruhig und das Personal überaus hilfsbereit, professionell und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück besteht aus typisch bolivianischen Zutaten, Z.B. geschlagene Eier, Schokoladekuchen, Früchte und Kokablätter. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften in La Paz spitze. Zu bestimmten Zeiten ist die Wifi-Qualität schwankend

The hotel is excellently located, with a first‑floor restaurant offering tasty food at reasonable prices and nearby other dining spots; it’s also close to the red cable car line. The rooms are spacious and clean, though they lack air conditioning, which isn’t a problem because the temperature is cool and heating is provided. The staff are very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The only downside is that the breakfast could be better.
