“Pics were nice that’s it”

Location is good. No liners in the trash cans (they want you to throw your toilet waste away), no amenities such as toothpaste, no taxi service, the restaurant was okay.

The hotel has a great location. Bus and subway are right outside. Many sights, markets and shopping streets are reachable on foot. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. I also liked that there were two free water bottles in the room every day. Fresh towels and bathrobes were provided daily. The breakfast did not appeal to me at all; it was the same every day and lacked variety, especially fruit and vegetables. I would book the hotel without breakfast. There are many cafés or bakeries nearby where you can have a good and inexpensive breakfast. In our 2‑bedroom room there was no wardrobe, so we kept our clothes in the suitcase for the whole two weeks.

“Super baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Seulu!”

The hotel is very comfortable and super well‑located – the perfect place to stay and explore Seoul. From the airport we can get directly to the hotel in about an hour. Nearby are metro lines that take us to any place, and by walking in 30 minutes we can calmly reach Gyeongbokgung Palace, not to mention Changgyeonggung Palace which is practically next to the hotel.

“Jay from reception was great!”

The mayplace hotel is clean and well designed, the rooms are reasonably spacious and pretty. The true gem of the hotel, however, is Jay at the reception desk! He was lovely and charming from the first second, incredibly helpful whenever we had a question and overall a very kind person!
