The hotel is very kid‑friendly with a kids’ disco, playgrounds, a kids’ pool, and a varied buffet. The bathroom felt a little cramped, but the room itself was nice and quite spacious.

Great location. The sauna and spa area closed earlier than promised.

Super friendly staff & great location. There wasn’t a Program for older kids (teenagers) as advertised, which was a bummer. The place is ideal for families with kids under 9 years old I would assume

The scenery was beautiful, but the room was tiny—my five‑person booking left no room to even open a suitcase, it was dirty, the floor was covered in hair, and in summer you should avoid the two‑story rooms because the morning sun heats them up, there was no air‑conditioning and it got sweltering at night; the hotel only offered a fan when I complained.

The playroom was a hit with our kids and the pool and food selection were solid, but the place was far too hot and loud—no air‑conditioning anywhere. In the rooms it was a real problem; the kids couldn’t sleep, and the little ones can’t regulate their own temperature well. Even in the lobby and dining area it was scorching, the evening music was too loud, and nobody warned us about any of this.
