Incredible hotel with superb spa facilities! Large, spacious rooms with great mattress and superlative pillows (also available for sale). Great restaurant Own EV charge station & locked bike garage. Loved everything

The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff are very polite and friendly. There are many activities inside, and the surrounding area offers a nice park, shopping, and leisure options. A bottle of water is delivered to the room daily. It’s great for those who want a quiet, relaxing stay. However, the windows only look onto the roof, so you can’t see anything; that should be mentioned when booking. There are no window screens, spiders on the ceiling, and the doors shut loudly even when you try to close them gently. The passage from the hotel to the annex (the pool) is clunky, with steps that are hard to navigate for people with mobility issues. No trash bins were found in the entire park. We ate outside at night; the waiter took one order, delivered food and drinks, then disappeared. No further orders could be placed, and we had to go inside and pay for extra drinks or dessert. The waiter was still friendly, perhaps inexperienced, and a senior colleague glanced briefly but didn’t ask for more.
