The breakfast was great, well presented and organized, with very polite and meticulous kitchen staff. Front desk people were very helpful, courteous, and attentive. The only downside was the loud slam of the room door each time it opened or closed, and even with the ceiling fan the room stayed quite warm.

I hope my rating is accurate, because I don't get the emoji meanings; I prefer words or numbers—those little notes never make sense to me. I liked everything, especially the service. The stairs were an issue.

The cleaning and organization were spot on, and the coffee at 06:30 was great. The location is unbeatable in the city centre, but there are a lot of stairs—people with limited mobility might want to think twice. The café sits on the top floor.
