“Pick somewhere else”
I wouldn’t recommend the Spark by Hilton Savannah Airport. The building was in awful shape: wallpaper peeled, floors were sticky and filthy, and overall cleanliness was poor. The pool water looked gray and uninviting, so we barely used it. The front desk staff, a woman wearing a head wrap, was consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. At check‑in she told me I’d be charged for two rooms even though I’d cancelled the second a week earlier, causing needless stress. Whenever I approached her, she would ignore me for minutes before finally asking, “You need something?” as if guests were a nuisance. I asked for a luggage cart, but the carts were broken; I requested extra towels and was denied. Housekeeping never cleaned our room or changed towels. Between the dilapidated property, lack of cleanliness, broken equipment, disappointing pool, and consistently poor service, it was a terrible stay. There are better options near the airport, and I’d pick one of those instead.
