Just a great hotel. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but always great service, good rooms, comfy beds, and very clean. I travel to Fort MacMurray often to visit my son and it’s my preferred accommodation.

I liked the place, the cleanliness, and the staff were nice. The unit also had a stove inside. However, they do not accept debit or Visa cards for deposits.

The rooms were nice, clean, and very comfortable. When I found a staff member, they fixed the issue quickly. I did have problems with our room, spent 20 minutes looking around the lobby for a worker, called the front desk many times, and it took a long time before I finally reached someone. The breakfast was very disappointing.

The underground parking was convenient. The shower water could be stronger; workers or engineers are usually on site, so a robust shower is needed after a day’s work.
