There was nothing good; the staff were rude and insensitive to the circumstances, had a bad manner and no human touch, and their hotel behavior seemed shady; no positive aspects.

Everything pleased me: the staff were super welcoming, the room was exceptional, cleanliness was optimal, services were excellent, and the location fit my schedule perfectly. The only downside was the breakfast, which I couldn't figure out who was at fault for, because it was included in the booking price but charged extra at the hotel.
