The Jeep tour and stargazing were enjoyable. The cleanliness needs serious improvement: the breakfast area and dining room chairs were filthy, the floor was full of sand, and the plastic bubble covering the panoramic view was dirty. Water was missing for hours, so I had to shower with plastic bottles. Breakfast was only salty items, with just one dessert, a cake that was inedible.

We had an amazing stay at Panorama Wadi Rum! The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The camp was clean, comfortable, and offered such a unique experience in the heart of the desert. The food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. If you’re visiting Wadi Rum, I highly recommend staying at Panorama Wadi Rum. It’s the perfect place to experience the beauty and magic of the desert. The location itself was okay, but the property was mediocre. The pictures we saw were different from what was actually there, and they claimed a different property. There were no vegetarian options even after we mentioned it earlier, and we had to pay for food. They did give a small discount because we weren’t satisfied. Toothpaste was missing and we had to pay for water.

The spot right in the heart of Wadi Rum’s desert was unique, and the sunset view was especially striking. The lodging was clean and the vibe was very special, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were no major negatives for us.
