“i am not happy”
location is good and it took 5 minites to Haram and parking also available. I reached the reception around 8:00 PM, where an Arab staff member was present. He was very kind and polite, and I appreciate the way he dealt with me. He checked my booking reference and informed me that the price shown in their system was higher than the amount I had booked . This was very concerning and felt like a dishonest practice. The air conditioning was also extremely poor. Our family came back from Madinah (Haram) around midnight, at approximately 12:00 AM, and switched on the A/C. However, it took around three hours for the room to become fully cooled. Everyone was only able to go to bed after 3:00 AM. This was a terrible experience, especially after a long journey and visiting Madinah. The staff experience was mixed. The Arab receptionist I met was very kind and respectful. However, on the following day, our check-out time was 3:00 PM. We were preparing to leave around 2:40 PM, but at approximately 2:30 PM, the hotel switched off the air conditioning and the main lights in the room. When I went to reception to ask for an explanation, a Bangladeshi staff member came and gave me a very rude and unreasonable explanation. His attitude was completely unacceptable and made an already disappointing experience even worse. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families. The poor air conditioning, the issue regarding the booking price, and the attitude of some staff made our stay very uncomfortable. The Arab receptionist was kind and professional, but unfortunately, the behaviour of the other staff member significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. In my opinion, this hotel may be more suitable for elderly guests over 60 who have limited expectations regarding comfort and service, but I would not recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay
