I booked a room with a bath because I’d just come back from a long flight and needed hot water to ease my compressed vertebrae, but the bath plug wouldn’t turn; I didn’t bother to call the staff because it was late, and while the hot water and pressure were excellent so I could shower, I was still disappointed.
