Self‑check‑in was very convenient, and the staff were proactive in responding to messages. There was a kitchen and a public area for meals, and the value for money was decent. The location was a bit remote and required another bus ride. There were only two bathrooms, and on the day I arrived late I had to queue to shower and dry my hair. I happened to sleep on the upper floor, so when I turned over the bed made a small noise.

The subway connection was good, the staff were friendly, and check‑in was smooth. However, the place wasn’t very clean—there were a lot of hairs and other “stuff” from previous guests in the sinks, bathrooms, and floors. I only saw the mess because cleaning happened in the morning after I left, so I only witnessed the conditions from late afternoon until the morning. The facilities were well used, so it served as a decent spontaneous Plan B stop for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer than necessary.

It’s very close to the Omon‑dori bus station, and the TV has Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped, towels can be borrowed, and there are coin washing machines and a dryer. It felt like home and was really comfortable. The only downside is that there are only two showers, so guests have to line up, but that’s not a big issue.
